Cleanse your body and mind at a wellness retreat right in the comfort of your own home. Be refreshed and rejuvenated by the fifth day as you take a detox for your body and mind.

While your body is re-setting, embark on a self-discovery with a DISC personality assessment to learn more about yourself.
