Cleanse your body and mind at a wellness retreat right in the comfort of your own home. Be refreshed and rejuvenated by the fifth day as you take a detox for your body and mind.

RETREAT PACKAGE:

This program is designed to help you embark on wholesome, healthy delicious eating. You will receive warm delicious MSG Free, gluten-free healthy food from Superpopstore, Health Food Company. While your body is re-setting, embark on a self-discovery with a DISC personality assessment to learn more about yourself. There will be a personal zoom session with the retreat director to help you in your journey.
