Have you felt the nudge from God recently to Sabbath but you are not sure how to go about that or for some reason hesitated? This one day quiet retreat is an invitation for you to Sabbath - to let go of things, to unplug from your day-to-day doing and to lie fallow.

​

Sabbath is the opposite day. We aim our Sabbath activities around what we do not ordinarily do for work. On this quiet day retreat, we will practice restful activities such as taking walks, scripture meditation and even a Saturday afternoon nap! There will be a group session where materials for meditation and reflection questions will be provided to facilitate your time with God. One-to-one Spiritual Direction will also be available to accompany you in your retreat.
