DESCRIPTION
Located on 400 beautiful acres in Hunter Valley, in New South Wales close to Sydney, Heal for Life Foundation offers healing retreats and a holistic approach to trauma counselling and childhood trauma recovery.
They offer five-day residential programs to help those who need healing from childhood issues. Run by trained survivors, in peaceful rural surroundings, the trained Peer Support Volunteers and facilitators will walk beside you while you heal from the trauma of your past.
If you feel that your childhood has had an effect on your current life today, Heal for Life retreats will be able to equip you with the skills to cope and deal with current life’s stresses.
